1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Twiline", "we", "us", "our" — Twiline, a document organisation practice registered in Sabah, Malaysia, with principal address at 17 Jalan Gaya, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- "Participant", "you", "your" — any individual who books or attends a Twiline session or workshop, or who accesses our website.
- "Services" — the document organisation sessions, workshops, and programmes offered by Twiline as described at twilinedas.pro.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any booking confirmation issued to you.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enquiring about, booking, or attending any Twiline service, or by using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking or continue to use the website.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Service Description
Twiline provides retirement information and document organisation services, including:
- Home Records Index Visit (RM 490)
- Family Reference Workshop (RM 1,600)
- Retirement Records Programme (RM 4,400)
All services are strictly informational and organisational in scope. Twiline does not provide financial advice, legal advice, pension or entitlement guidance, investment recommendations, or any other advisory service. Any information provided during a session is for general organisational and educational purposes only.
4. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Twiline by email. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. No booking is binding until a written confirmation has been issued.
Session dates and times are subject to availability. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.
5. User Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
- Be present or ensure an appropriate representative is present at scheduled sessions
- Use our services for lawful, personal organisational purposes only
- Not record sessions without the prior written consent of Twiline
- Treat facilitators with courtesy and respect throughout all interactions
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in full prior to or on the day of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All prices stated on our website and in booking confirmations are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations made before the 48-hour window will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
In the event that Twiline must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the earliest available alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid for that session.
8. Scope of Services — Important Limitation
All Twiline sessions and programmes are limited to educational and administrative scope. Specifically:
- We do not read, assess, or offer opinions on the content of any personal document
- We do not provide advice on pension entitlements, EPF withdrawals, SOCSO claims, or any financial matter
- We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice of any kind
- Nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as professional advice
Participants requiring financial, legal, or regulatory guidance should consult appropriately licensed professionals.
9. Intellectual Property
All printed materials, templates, handbooks, index formats, and labelling designs produced by Twiline remain the intellectual property of Twiline. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use materials for your own household organisational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any Twiline materials without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" basis for informational and organisational purposes. Twiline makes no representation that participation in a session will produce any particular outcome with respect to document retrieval, family communication, financial preparedness, or any other matter.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Twiline's liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific session or programme in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage participants to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or booking of services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
