We help you create a simple index so you — and your family — know exactly where each document is. We do not review the content of documents or offer any form of financial or entitlement advice.
Who is a Twiline session suitable for?
Our services are well-suited for individuals approaching or in retirement, as well as adult children who want to help an older family member organise their records. Anyone who feels their household documents are hard to locate or not clearly labelled may find value in a session.
Can I do the Home Records Index Visit online?
Yes. The Home Records Index Visit can be conducted via video call if an in-person visit is not practical. Printed materials will be posted to you following the session.
How long does the Retirement Records Programme take?
The programme is multi-session and proceeds at the participant's pace. Most participants complete it over four to six weeks, with sessions typically one to two hours each. There is no fixed schedule — we work around your availability.
Do you give advice on pension entitlements or EPF matters?
No. Twiline operates strictly within an informational and organisational scope. We do not provide opinions or guidance on pension entitlements, EPF withdrawals, income, or any financial matters. We focus entirely on helping you know where your documents are and how they are labelled.
