Three Ways to Organise Your Records
From a single introductory session to a thorough multi-session programme, Twiline offers a level of engagement to match every household's situation.
Back to Home— Methodology
How We Approach Every Session
Each Twiline service begins from the same foundational principle: we are here to help you understand what you have and where it is. Sessions are conversational and unhurried. We do not read or assess the content of your documents — our role is to map their location and help you label them clearly.
All sessions operate within a defined educational and administrative scope. We do not provide opinions on financial entitlements, income structures, withdrawal decisions, or any advisory matter. This is not a limitation — it is the clarity that makes our sessions appropriate and useful for a wide range of households.
Initial discussion — understand what types of records the household holds and where they are broadly kept.
Category mapping — work through the main document categories (property, identification, employment, correspondence) and note the location of each.
Index production — compile the information into a clear, printed index page or summary document.
Labelling and close — apply labels to folders or binders where relevant, and hand over all printed materials.
Service 01
Home Records Index Visit
RM 490 per session
A focused, single session — conducted in person at your home or via video call — where a Twiline companion helps you identify and map the location of your main personal records. The session covers the most common household document categories relevant to Malaysian retirement contexts.
At the close of the session, you receive a printed one-page index and a folder labelling kit so you can immediately begin organising the documents you have located. The visit is informational and organisational only. No document content is reviewed or retained.
- Printed one-page records index
- Folder labelling kit
- In-person or video call format
- Postal delivery for video call participants
Typical duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

Family Reference Workshop
RM 1,600 per workshop
A structured workshop bringing together family members to create a shared reference for each person's records and how they are stored. The session is designed for households where more than one person needs to be able to locate documents — or where an adult child wants to help a parent bring order to their records.
The workshop focuses on shared clarity, not on financial matters. Participants leave with a printed family reference summary and a labelled binder cover. The format is small-group and conversational throughout.
- Printed family reference summary
- Labelled binder cover for each participant
- Small group (up to 6 family members)
- Conducted at Twiline's Kota Kinabalu office or home visits by arrangement
Typical duration: 2.5 to 3 hours

- Printed and bound final handbook
- Scanning checklist and binder design
- Full inventory and labelling coverage
- Participant-paced — typically 4 to 6 weeks
- All printed materials included
